Franck Muller showcases their artistic vision with a snake-inspired timepiece in the newly introduced Silhouette CX case, an evolution of the brand’s signature Curvex CX. The asymmetrical design features alternating convex and concave curves on either side, reflected in the shape of the dial and sapphire crystal. Limited to just 28 pieces, the Silhouette CX Snake is adorned with 78 emeralds in varying sizes, arranged in a serpentine pattern across the dial. A green calfskin strap with an embossed snakeskin texture enhances its distinctive character, making this one of the year’s most striking snake-themed watches.

The bezel is intricately engraved with a snakeskin motif, while a sculpted gold snake coils across the sapphire crystal dial, creating a lifelike three-dimensional effect. The Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake is powered by the HUB4700 self-winding skeleton movement and comes with a black rubber strap embossed with a snakeskin pattern. It is limited to 88 pieces.

The front features a refined black dial with a lustrous grand feu enamel finish, while the reverse reveals an exquisite engraving of a snake set against a deep black grand feu enamel background. This intricate craftsmanship is the work of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s Métiers Rares workshop, where artisans specialise in traditional decorative techniques. This special edition Reverso is available exclusively by order, with no predefined production limit.

Perrelet celebrates the Year of the Snake with its signature Turbine collection, adding an element of mystery and dynamism. The dial features a three-dimensional gold-plated snake coiled over a striking red lacquered background, accompanied by golden Chinese characters for luck and prosperity. This design is concealed beneath a turbine rotor, which spins with wrist movement, gradually revealing the snake as the rotation speeds up. Limited to 88 pieces, the Turbine Snake is housed in a 41 mm black DLC-coated titanium case and runs on the in-house Calibre P-331-MH self-winding movement.

Gold-tone hour markers and hands enhance its refined aesthetic, while the case back bears an engraving of a snake holding a lingzhi mushroom, designed by renowned Chinese artist Wu Jian’an. Its Calibre L888.5 self-winding movement incorporates a silicon balance spring for improved resistance to magnetic fields and boasts a 72-hour power reserve.

This 4 0mm watch eschews traditional hands in favour of rotating discs for hours, minutes, date and day, leaving the central dial unobstructed to showcase its intricate artistry. Requiring three full days to complete, the dial features a meticulously engraved gold cobra resting on a textured rock, set against a grand feu enamel background depicting the sky and lush foliage. Vacheron Constantin offers this masterpiece in two versions of pink gold and platinum, each limited to 25 pieces.
