Casio เผยโฉมนาฬิกาที่ทำงานด้วยเครื่องแบบจักรกลเป็นครั้งแรกตั้งแต่ก่อตั้งบริษัท

Casio ผลิตนาฬิกามานาน 51 ปีแล้ว แต่ว่าเป็นนาฬิกาในรูปแบบควอตซ์ทั้งหมด และเพิ่งจะมี Edifice ซีรีส์ EFK-100 เป็นนาฬิกาจักรกลรุ่นแรก โดยใช้เครื่องแบบขึ้นลานอัตโนมัติกำลังลานสำรอง 40 ชั่วโมง
Edifice เป็นชื่อแบรนด์นาฬิกาสไตล์สปอร์ตแบบอนาล็อกของ Casio ซึ่งบอกเวลาด้วยเข็มเป็นหลัก สำหรับ EFK-100 นี้ก็มี 2 ดีไซน์ให้ผู้บริโภคเลือกซื้อ ใครชอบความดำความคมเข้มต้องเลือกรุ่นท็อปซึ่งวัสดุฟอร์จคาร์บอนน้ำหนักเบาในการผลิตทั้งตัวเรือนขนาด 40 มม. และหน้าปัดนาฬิกา แล้วยังสวมใส่ด้วยสายยูรีเทนกับบานพับจึงมีน้ำหนักเบาเป็นพิเศษ ราคาค่าตัวอยู่ที่ 19,000 บาทจึงน่าจะเป็นนาฬิกาฟอร์จคาร์บอนที่มีราคาจับต้องได้มากที่สุดในตลาดไทยแล้วในเวลานี้ ในขณะที่คู่แข่งที่ราคาใกล้เคียงที่สุดยังแพงกว่าอีกประมาณหนึ่งเท่าตัว
นอกจากนี้ EFK-100 ยังมีรุ่นตัวเรือนสเตนเลสสตีลขนาด 39 มม. ที่สวมใส่ด้วยสายสเตนเลสสตีลด้วย ตัวเลือกหน้าปัดมี 4 แบบ ได้แก่ หน้าปัดวัสดุฟอร์จคาร์บอนสีดำซึ่งจะมีลวดลายแตกต่างกันทุกเรือน และหน้าปัดสีเขียว สีน้ำเงินและสีขาวซึ่งผลิตด้วยเทคนิคอิเล็กโตรฟอร์มมิ่ง ทั้งหมดนี้มาในราคาเพียงแค่ 9,900 บาทเท่านั้น
นาฬิกา Casio Edifice EFK-100 ทุกรุ่นมีแซฟไฟร์คริสตอลที่ทนทานต่อการขีดข่วน มีฝาหลังแบบใสเพื่อโชว์เครื่อง และกันน้ำได้ถึงระดับความลึก 100 เมตร ถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกที่น่าสนใจสำหรับคนที่บอกว่าตนเองมี G-Shock หลายเรือนแล้วและอยากเปลี่ยนอารมณ์ดูบ้าง

Casio has been producing watches for 51 years, but all of them have been quartz models, until now. The Edifice EFK-100 marks the brand’s first-ever mechanical watch, powered by a self-winding movement with a 40-hour power reserve.
Edifice is Casio’s line of predominantly analogue sports watches. The EFK-100 series fits right in with two main variations. Those who prefer a dark, dynamic look will gravitate towards the top model, featuring a lightweight forged carbon 40 mm case and dial, paired with a urethane strap and a folding clasp for enhanced comfort. Priced at 19,000 baht, it is arguably the most affordable forged carbon timepiece currently available in Thailand, with the nearest competitor costing roughly twice as much.
The second option is a stainless steel model with a 39 mm case and matching bracelet. Buyers can choose from four dial versions: black forged carbon – each with a unique pattern – or green, blue, and white, produced using an electroforming technique. These models retail at only 9,900 baht.
All versions of the Casio Edifice EFK-100 are water resistant to the depth of 100 metres. Featuring a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and an exhibition caseback to reveal the movement within, the series is an interesting option for those who own multiple G-Shock watches and are in the mood to add variety to their watch collection.
