Panerai used the occasion of Watches and Wonders Geneva 2025 to unveil a new version of the Luminor Marina on the wrist of Ok Taecyeon – well-known as a member of the K-pop boy band 2PM, a successful actor, and an accomplished entrepreneur with a distinctive and engaging personality.
The timepiece he chose to wear is the Luminor Marina PAM03312, a model with a bold design well suited to those who embrace the courage to stand out. Its 44 mm cushion-shaped case, crafted in brushed stainless steel, has been refined to be 12% thinner and 15% lighter for improved wearing comfort, while faithfully preserving the signature DNA that defines Panerai. At the same time, the watch offers an enhanced water resistance of up to 500 metres – marking a first for the Luminor Marina collection.
The new Luminor Marina PAM03312 benefits from the Super-LumiNova X2, a next-generation luminous compound that delivers even greater brightness for optimal legibility in the dark. A sapphire crystal caseback reveals the workings of the self-winding calibre P.980, which offers a power reserve of three days. The watch is worn on a black alligator leather strap with a brushed stainless steel pin buckle, and is accompanied by an additional black rubber strap for more rugged use. Strap changes can be made with ease thanks to the PAM Click Release system, a feature now found on Panerai’s latest models.
