Senator Meissen 2 รุ่นแรกมีหน้าปัด Mystic Maison ซึ่งเป็นลวดลายระดับซิกเนเจอร์ของ Meissen ซึ่งมักจะพบเห็นได้ในชุดจานกระเบื้องและถ้วยกาแฟของทางแบรนด์ รุ่นแรกรหัส 1-36-16-03-05-01 มีพื้นหลังสีขาวสะอาด จับคู่กับสายหนังจระเข้สีดำพร้อมหัวเข็มขัดเร้ดโกลด์ และอีกรุ่นหนึ่งนั้นมีรหัส 1-36-16-02-05-01 และนำเสนอลวดลายเส้นเดียวกันบนพื้นหลังสีเขียวศิลาดลที่หวนให้นึกถึงต้นกำเนิดของศิลปะบนเครื่องเคลือบศิลาดลจากประเทศจีนที่มีมาตั้งแต่ยุคศตวรรษที่ 9 สวมใส่ด้วยสายหนังจระเข้สีน้ำเงินเข้มพร้อมหัวเข็มขัดเร้ดโกลด์ สำหรับ Senator Meissen Mystic Maison ทั้ง 2 สองสีนี้จะผลิตเป็นจำนวนจำกัดแบบละ 150 เรือน
และ Meissen ก็ใช้หน้าปัดสีเขียวศิลาดลของนาฬิการุ่นที่ 3 เป็นดั่งแคนวาสในการวาดภาพดอกไม้และสัตว์นานาชนิดคล้ายกับที่ปรากฏบนแจกันขนาดใหญ่ของ Meissen เอง จนเกิดเป็นฉากสุดหวานดั่งเทพนิยายชื่อ Collage อย่างที่คุณเห็นในบทความนี้ สวมใส่ด้วยสายหนังจระเข้สีน้ำเงินเข้มพร้อมหัวเข็มขัดเร้ดโกลด์ โดยความพิเศษของนาฬิการุ่นรหัส 1-36-16-01-05-01 จะผลิตเป็นจำนวนจำกัดเพียงแค่ 8 เรือนเท่านั้น

One of the most admirable aspects of brand collaborations lies in how each partner’s identity and craftsmanship are balanced within the final creation: harmoniously, without one overwhelming the other.
A fine example of such equilibrium can be seen in the latest collaboration from Glashütte Original. To mark 180 years of watchmaking in the Saxon town of Glashütte, the German high-end manufacture has joined hands with Meissen – Europe’s oldest porcelain manufacturer, with a legacy of 315 years – to produce three exclusive Senator Meissen limited edition timepieces that celebrate the shared richness of artisanal heritage across disciplines.

Each of the three watches features a 40 mm red gold case in Glashütte Original’s classically elegant Senator design. Powering them is the self-winding Calibre 36-16 movement which offers a 100-hour power reserve while maintaining a slim profile that allows the case to measure only 10.23 mm thick.
The porcelain dials are crafted by Meissen and demonstrate the house’s exceptional mastery of ceramic artistry. Each ultra-thin dial undergoes its first firing at 1,400°C to achieve an impeccably smooth and flawless surface. Afterwards, intricate motifs and Roman numerals are meticulously hand-painted using fine brushes. The dials are then fired again at 900°C, one layer at a time, to achieve the desired depth and richness of colour.
The first two models feature the Mystic Maison motif which is one of Meissen’s signature patterns often seen on their porcelain plates and coffee cups. The reference 1-36-16-03-05-01 features a pristine white dial and is worn on a black alligator leather strap and a red gold buckle. The second reference, 1-36-16-02-05-01, presents the same elegant motif on a celadon-green background – a hue that recalls the origins of celadon porcelain art in 9th century China – and comes with a dark blue alligator leather strap and a red gold buckle. Both Senator Meissen Mystic Maison models are limited to 150 pieces each.
For the third watch, Meissen uses a celadon green porcelain dial as a canvas for a hand-painted scene depicting flowers and various animals, reminiscent of the brand’s elaborate crater vases. The result is a poetic tableau named Collage, worn on a dark blue alligator leather strap with a red gold buckle. This reference, 1-36-16-01-05-01, is the most exclusive of the trio, as it is limited to only eight pieces worldwide.
All three Glashütte Original Senator Meissen watches are fitted with slender red gold hands that complement the artistic serenity of the dials. In Thailand, Glashütte Original is available exclusively at King Power Duty Free Rangnam, though it is unlikely that these special editions will be offered there.
