ยานนิค ซินเนอร์ นักเทนนิสชาวอิตาเลียนมือวางอันดับ 1 ของโลกและเทสติโมนีของ Rolex วัย 23 ปียังคงท็อปฟอร์มอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้วยการคว้าชัยในรายการ Australian Open ปีนี้ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 26 มกราคม หลังจากใช้เวลาประลองฝีมือกับคู่แข่งฝีมือดีอย่าง เบน เชลตั้น นาน 2 ชั่วโมง 42 นาทีต่อหน้าสักขีพยานกว่า 15,000 ชีวิตที่สนาม Rod Laver Arena แห่งเมลเบิร์น

Italian tennis star Jannik Sinner, the world’s No. 1 player and a Rolex Testimonee, continues his exceptional form by securing victory at this year’s Australian Open on Sunday 26 January. He triumphed after a 2-hour and 42-minute battle against the formidable Ben Shelton in front of a crowd of over 15,000 at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena.
A Rolex Testimonee since 2020, Sinner shared his thoughts on the moment, “It’s an amazing feeling to share this moment with my team. For me, this is the most special Grand Slam and the support has been incredible. These are the moments I practise for – to be on the big stages in the biggest moments of my career. The first time I wore a Rolex was in Australia and I feel very honoured to be in this position again”.
For the trophy ceremony, he wore an Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona in 18K Everose gold with a sundust dial and black subdials on an Oysterflex bracelet. This marks Sinner’s third Grand Slam title, following his triumphs at the US Open and Australian Open last year.
Rolex has been deeply involved in the world of tennis for over half a century and has served as the Official Timekeeper of the Australian Open since 2008. The 15-day tournament attracted more than 1.2 million spectators this year, with several Rolex Testimonees among the standout players. These included 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva, who reached the fourth round; 18-year-old João Fonseca, who impressed with victories over top-seeded players; and, Belinda Bencic, who made her return to competition after giving birth to her daughter last year.
Finally, the venue itself, Rod Laver Arena, also holds a special connection to Rolex. In 2000, exactly 25 years ago, the stadium was renamed in honor of Rolex Testimonee Rod Laver, the only male Australian player in history to achieve a calendar-year Grand Slam twice, accomplishing this remarkable feat in 1962 and 1969.
